Cancellation policy

Starpath Circle subscriptions. Starpath Circle renews automatically each billing period (monthly or annual) until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your subscription portal or by emailing orders@mtnfreedom.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period; you keep access until then and are not charged again. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy. We give at least 30 days' notice before price changes take effect. If a payment fails, we may retry it and pause access if it is not resolved within 15 days.

Free trials. Trials convert to paid at the stated price unless canceled before the trial ends.

Sessions and readings. To reschedule or cancel a booked session, email orders@mtnfreedom.com. If you miss a booked session, you can reschedule it at no charge within 30 days of the original time.

Other subscriptions, pre-orders, and try-before-you-buy. Where we offer these, you can manage or cancel them from your order confirmation email links or by emailing us. For a pre-order you have paid in part that has not shipped, you may cancel it for a refund of what you paid.
